Light fixtures are delicate, and we take great care in packaging. However, if your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us at customercare@lumino-studio.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge immediately.
To prevent breakage during transit and allow you to choose your preferred colour temperature (warm vs cool white), bulbs are generally not included unless stated otherwise on the product page. Most of our fixtures use standard E27, E14, or G9 bases.
Many of our LED chandeliers and ceiling lights are dimmable. Please check the "Specifications" section on the individual product page. If you use external LED bulbs, ensure both the bulb and your wall switch are "LED compatible".
