How to Return an Item
1. Contact us
Send an email to customercare@lumino-studio.com including your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return authorisation
We will send you a return authorisation along with detailed return instructions by email.
3. Prepare the parcel
Place the item back in its original packaging with all included components.
4. Return shipping label
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to the parcel.
5. Ship the parcel
Drop off the parcel at the designated drop-off point indicated in the return instructions.
