At Lumino, we offer a clear and transparent returns and refunds policy for customers located in the United Kingdom.

Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

Return Costs

  • Returns are free of charge.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Lumino.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us
Send an email to customercare@lumino-studio.com including your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return authorisation
We will send you a return authorisation along with detailed return instructions by email.

3. Prepare the parcel
Place the item back in its original packaging with all included components.

4. Return shipping label
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to the parcel.

5. Ship the parcel
Drop off the parcel at the designated drop-off point indicated in the return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • Refund: If the return complies with our conditions, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (model, size, or colour), please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
