We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United Kingdom.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

Contact us: Email customercare@lumino-studio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipment: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

Defective products / Wrong items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Lumino covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of mind: For standard returns (customer remorse), Lumino also covers the return shipping costs via a prepaid label.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds

Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Approval: Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
