1. Where are Lumino lights shipped from? To offer you the most competitive prices and a curated selection of modern designs, we ship our products directly from our international partner warehouses. This allows us to cut out unnecessary middleman costs and pass the savings on to you.

2. How long will it take to receive my order in the UK? Typically, our customers receive their orders within 6 to 13 business days. This includes 1–3 days for processing and 5–10 days for transit. You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

3. Are your lights compatible with UK electrical standards? Absolutely. All our wall lights, pendants, and floor lamps are selected to be compatible with UK voltage (230V). Where applicable, our products are CE/UKCA certified, and lamps with plugs come with the standard UK 3-pin plug or a high-quality fused adapter.

4. Will I have to pay any customs duties or import VAT? No. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Lumino handles all import VAT and customs formalities for deliveries to the United Kingdom. You won’t face any "hidden" fees when your parcel arrives.

5. What happens if my light arrives damaged? Light fixtures are delicate, and we take great care in packaging. However, if your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us at customercare@lumino-studio.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge immediately.

6. Do the lights come with bulbs included? To prevent breakage during transit and allow you to choose your preferred colour temperature (warm vs cool white), bulbs are generally not included unless stated otherwise on the product page. Most of our fixtures use standard E27, E14, or G9 bases.

7. Is it difficult to install your pendants and wall lights? Our fixtures are designed for straightforward installation and come with basic mounting hardware. However, for safety and to comply with UK building regulations, we always recommend having your lighting installed by a qualified electrician.

8. What is your return policy if I change my mind? We offer a 30-day "no-quibble" return policy. If the light doesn't fit your space as expected, contact us for a prepaid return label. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

9. Are your LED lights dimmable? Many of our LED chandeliers and ceiling lights are dimmable. Please check the "Specifications" section on the individual product page. If you use external LED bulbs, ensure both the bulb and your wall switch are "LED compatible".
